The Plastering (Stopping) is creating a shadow. Will probably only be visible at certain times of the day with the critical light glancing across the surface. Either get a plaster to feather the joints out further or skim the whole wall or ceiling. Skim coats are the best finishing to get stopping jobs done perfectly.
